The 15 days’ exchange policy allows you a timeframe to return or exchange items bought on www.effinitypetshoppee.com within a span of 15 days from the date of the receipt of the item. For the successful exchange, we expect you to preserve the product in its original condition with tags intact.

Once a shipped order has been cancelled, it cannot be refunded.
